This course is divided into two mandatory units with the following learning outcomes:

Unit 206 - Acess a Tree Using a Rope and Harness

  • Be able to work safely

  • Be able to access a tree using a rope and harness

  • Know relevant health and safety legislation and industry good practice

  • Know how to access a tree using a rope and harness

Unit 306 - Carry Out Aerial Rescue Operations

  • Be able to promote health and safety and industry good practice

  • Be able to carry out aerial rescue operations

  • Understand relevant health and safety legislation and industry good practice

  • Understand how to carry out aerial rescue operations

Location: Mere Sands Wood, Sites across the North West, Workplace Training Available

Times: 9.00am - 4.00pm

Duration: 5 days

Equipment Required: Chainsaw Boots, Chainsaw Trousers, Helmet with Visor and Ear Defenders, Climbing Harness, Climbing Rope, Friction Hitch, Lanyard, Suitable Waterproof Clothing, Work Gloves - Please contact us if any of the listed equipment is not available to you as we can provide some items.
